Refund Policy

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof. Due to the nature of gardening products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, as logistics and handling costs are already incurred.

As our products include natural and consumable components like soil and seeds, minor variations in appearance or performance are not considered defects.
